Architectural elements at Cypress Point Golf Course influenced the design of this new one-story house in Woodside. The golf course theme included the client's request for grass-green carpeting. A casual floor plan overlooks beautiful views into the tree-covered hills of Woodside.

The new home incorporates important features of the existing floor plan, while adding additional spaces required by the owner. The floor plan benefits from a strong relationship to the backyard with large picture windows and easy access to the pool and patio areas. The beautiful natural landscape and gardens were skillfully preserved during construction of the new home.
